Clams on English Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 c. ground clams
  • 2 cans undiluted cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Hard-cooked eggs
  • English Muffins, toasted

Method

  1. Drain 2 c. ground clams, saving juice.
  2. Mix clams in saucepan with 2 cans undiluted cream of celery soup and 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Then with few Tbsp. clam juice, and heat slowly.
  4. Add chopped hard-cooked eggs, heat and serve on toasted English Muffins.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions, parsley or chives.
