Baked Striped Bass, Vin Blanc

Bake
until done and real brown, basting often

Ingredients

  • Striped bass
  • Green onions
  • Parsley
  • Wine (white or sherry)
  • Small pieces of butter
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Put fish in dripping pan.
  2. Cut green onions and parsley very fine and put over and around fish.
  3. Cover with wine (white or sherry), small pieces of butter, salt and pepper.
  4. Bake until done and real brown, basting often.
