Pismo Clam Casserole *(Armstrong)*

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 20 Pismo Clams, ground
- 1 pkg. Mrs. Cubbison's Dressing Mix
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 or 1/4 c. diced onion
- 1/2 or 1/4 c. diced celery
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt if desired
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- If desired you may add 1 c. little kernel corn and substitute juice in place of some of the milk
Method
- Place in 1 large 9x13 baking pan or 2 small pans and bake at 400 for 45 minutes. Serves 8.

- This is very good served with cream corn and tossed green salad if you do not put the little kernel corn in it.
