Cheese Fish Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fish fillets (thaw if frozen)
  • Dash of pepper and salt
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Dash of paprika

Method

  1. Arrange 1 lb. fish fillets in single layer in greased shallow baking dish (10x6x2).
  2. Season with dash of pepper and salt.
  3. Stir one can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted). Pour over layer of fish.
  4. Sprinkle on 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese. Add dash of paprika.
  5. Bake at 375 about 45 minutes or until lightly browned. Serves 4.
