Baked In Shell Clams

Ingredients

  • 6 ground Pismo Clams
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • Flour — enough to make a thick batter

Method

  1. Grind clams, mix together with eggs, salt, pepper and parsley.
  2. Add enough flour to make thick batter and put into cleaned clam shells.
  3. Close and cook in oven, 300, for 45 minutes.
