Pismo Clam Chowder *(Osborn)*

Ingredients
- 1 c. ground Pismo Clams
- 3 c. cubed potatoes
- 3 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. chopped bacon
- 1 small onion
- 3 c. clam juice
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Cook potatoes, onion in boiling water until tender.
- Fry bacon and add to cooked potatoes.
- Add clam juice, salt and pepper to taste.
- Add chopped or ground clams; cook or simmer 3 minutes. No longer. Serve.
